WinXP Media Center issue

Update: This article is now obsolete. The build 4.6.0.3 should resolve the issue described in this post.
Picture Ripper refuses to start when host OS is the Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition.
To workaround this issue, please update Compatibility settings, using PictureRipper.exe property dialog, set it to work in compatibility mode with Microsoft Windows 2000.
