I set it so it would put the pictures in my picture folder, but they aren't there.. Any idea where they could be??

As far as I know, I did everything I was supposed to. It looked like it D/L the pics, but now I can't find them. cry

Hello,

When you create a project you set the location on your HDD where to save downloaded pics and clips.
Look at the circle #4 ;-)

You need to select that folder in the folder tree to see the pics. You may also need to refresh foder by pressing Refresh Button (I have highlighted it with the green spot), or by right-clicking on it and selecting menu item labeled "Refresh Folder".

Hope that helps,
Russ.

Thanks!! for the reply..

I tried all of these things except the refresh button...but, I looked in that folder again the next day (after I had my computer off all night) and they still weren't there.. Heck! I even tried searching my computer for the names of some of the pics. and nothing came up.. ?

When I get home tonight I'll try hitting the refresh button, but something tells me that's not gonna work since my comp. already been turned off and on a couple of times...

Now here's what's strange!!! It worked for me ONCE! I thought I did everything the same way again (several tries) but no luck.

I'll let ya know.

Yes, Refresh button won't find anything new for you if you restart PictureRipper, because PictureRipper refreshes folders on start. The "refresh" button is useful when you launch project and PictureRipper creates new subfolders as it downloads pics.

Can you e-mail me ( support@pictureripper.com ) the URL, or the project file (*.PRP) so I can see what is going on.. Most likely PictureRipper does not download pictures from that site for several reasons..

Have a good day,
Russ.
